Overview
Turn the events and runs you capture into funnels, retention, flows, insights, and dashboards, for both your product and your agents.
Reports is where the data you send to Trodo becomes answers. The same query engine powers four report types, and you arrange them into shareable boards.
Reports run over two data families:
- Product analytics, your web and product events.
- Agent observability, your agent runs and spans.
You build a report once, point it at either family, and reuse it on any board.

The four report types
Insights
Time-series and breakdowns of any metric: event counts, unique users, sessions, or a numeric property.
Funnels
Step-by-step conversion with a conversion window, drop-off at each step, and time to convert.
Retention
Cohort retention: who came back, how often, and for how long after a starting action.
Flows
Path analysis around an anchor event: what users do before and after, as a Sankey diagram.
Boards and filters
- Boards are dashboards. Drop any report onto a grid, add text and links, share with your team or a public link, and pin the ones you use most.
- Filters and cohorts narrow every report to the segment you care about: a country, a plan, a UTM source, or a saved cohort.
Agents get their own rollups
Beyond the four report types, the Agent analytics views roll up your runs into operational metrics: total runs, error rate, cost, latency percentiles, run-status breakdowns, failing tools, and per-agent volume.
