Billing and credits
Prepaid credits, auto top-up and invoices.
The console is pay as you go: your organization buys credits, and each call is paid from them. Credits never expire.
- Buy credits under Billing: between $5 and $5,000 at a time, by card through Stripe.
- Auto top-up buys more when the balance falls below a level you choose, with a saved card. If a payment fails, auto top-up turns off and billing contacts get an email.
- Payment methods and invoices are in the billing portal (Billing → Payment methods & invoices).
- When credits run out, calls return
402 insufficient_creditsuntil you add more. Failed requests are never billed.
Owners, admins and billing members can buy credits and manage payment methods; everyone in the organization can see the balance.
