Overview

Trodo provides four report types for product behavior analytics—for AI apps, agentic workflows, and SaaS. Use them to understand adoption, activation, repeat usage, and navigation paths.

Report types

Insights

Trends and compositionsExample questions:
  • How many agent runs completed this week?
  • How do users split by plan or workspace?
  • Are activation rates improving?

Funnels

Conversion through stepsExample questions:
  • What share of signups reach first successful run?
  • Where does onboarding drop off?
  • How long does upgrade take?

Retention

Engagement over timeExample questions:
  • Do users return after seven days?
  • Does a feature correlate with higher retention?
  • How do cohorts compare week over week?

Flows

Paths users takeExample questions:
  • What do users do after opening the agent?
  • Which paths lead to upgrades?
  • Where do people go after viewing pricing?

Common features

Filtering

Narrow analysis to segments that matter:
Users in the United States
AND on plan "pro"
AND completed onboarding

Breakdowns

Segment metrics by properties:
By country, device, plan, workspace, or custom traits

Time controls

  • Date range (preset or custom)
  • Granularity (hour, day, week, month)
  • Comparison to a previous period

Multi-step journeys

Combine auto-captured behavior with custom events in one funnel or flow—for example landing page → signup → first agent_run_completed.

Choosing the right report

QuestionReportExample
”How many?” / “How much?”InsightsRuns completed this month
”What % convert?”FunnelsSignup → activation
”Do they come back?”RetentionWeek-1 after signup
”What path?”FlowsAfter prompt_submitted
