Jira
Connect Jira to manage issues, transitions, JQL search, comments, and attachments.
The Jira integration lets a workflow create and move issues, run JQL searches, and manage comments and attachments.
Connect
Jira uses credentials you provide: your site base URL plus either a bearer access token, or an email and API token (basic auth).
Create an API token in your Atlassian account (or have a bearer token ready).
Open Integrations in the app, choose Jira, and enter your base URL and credentials.
Save. Trodo validates the connection. Any Jira node can now use it.
Actions
| Area | What you can do |
|---|---|
| Issues | Create, update, get, and transition issues through workflow states. |
| Search | Run JQL queries. |
| Comments | Add and read comments. |
| Watchers | Add and remove watchers. |
| Attachments | Add attachments. |
| Projects and users | Look up projects and users. |
Triggers
Jira event triggers (issues, comments, sprints, and more) appear in the builder. Event delivery is rolling out; until then, start from a schedule, pattern, or webhook trigger.
Use it
- File a Jira issue when an evaluation pass rate drops.
- Transition an issue to "Done" when a workflow confirms a fix.
